How can I track my Dutch Bros Shop order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
What is your return policy on apparel and drinkware?
We accept returns on unworn apparel and unused drinkware within 30 days of purchase. Please note that coffee beans and food items are final sale.
Do you ship coffee beans internationally?
Currently, the Dutch Bros Shop ships within the United States and to select international territories. Shipping costs and times vary by location.
Are Dutch Bros mugs and tumblers dishwasher safe?
Most of our drinkware is top-rack dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing to preserve the longevity of the designs and vacuum insulation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please note that Dutch Bros gift cards are currently for in-stand use only and cannot be used on the web shop.
How do I ensure my coffee beans stay fresh?
To maintain peak flavor, store your Dutch Bros coffee beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid storing them in the freezer or refrigerator.
