At Dutch Bros Shop, we want you to love your gear and coffee as much as we love serving you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and that coffee products are unopened to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label before dropping the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
